The installation is prepared for the reception of primary raw material (oils) and the dispatch of final product (biodiesel and refined oil), by rail tank wagons and by road tanker/flexi.
There are modern loading bays, as well as the availability of totally independent loading (biodiesel and refined oil) and unloading branches, which guarantee movements of more than 300 m3 /hour, minimising loading/unloading operation times and allowing simultaneous train movements.
It has its own railway siding, with track branches of approximately 1.5 km in length, with an electrified entrance and track switches to carry out the different works, suitable for the mechanics of loading and unloading railway wagons. In addition, it also has its own locomotives for the traction of the convoys.
The industrial plant is located on the N-322 road (Cordoba – Valencia) close to the A-4 motorway (Madrid – Cadiz) and the A-44 motorway (Bailen – Granada – Motril). The railway siding has a double track connection to the LINARES-BAEZA railway station, which is considered to be a first class railway junction for connection with the Madrid line and the Valencia – Barcelona line.
All the maritime ports are of influence of the facilities, nowadays operations are being carried out with the ports of Huelva, Malaga, Barcelona, Cadiz and Motril.
