Contractual Services

In LIBITEC's business model, there are basically three contract modalitys of operation with our clients:

Direct purchase/sale contract

In this operation model, LIBITEC buys the raw material necessary to carry out a manufacturing operation and subsequent sale of the product. On this occasion, the purchase/sale can be linked to the same supplier/customer; or to a different supplier/customer.

Servicios-Maquila-Sintetica-libitec

Synthetic tolling contract

In this operation model, LIBITEC buys the raw material necessary to carry out a manufacturing operation, and then sells the product. On this occasion, the purchase/sale is linked to the same supplier/customer.

Servicios-Maquila-libitec

Tolling contract

In this operating model, LIBITEC performs a manufacturing operation on a customer feedstock and transforms it into biodiesel, on which a cost of services is applied to the customer.
